Our products are divided into
three categories: air compressor, brake parts and export
products mainly slack adjuster.
Air compressor, our dominant product, manufactured as
per technology introduced from Knorr of Germany. There
are six series, over 300 sorts .its sales volume is 0.5
million sets per year. Air compressor can use to different
vehicles such as truck, passenger car, machinery , light-duty
and agricultural vehicle.
Its market share is 80% in OEM, 20% in after-sale service.
Brake parts , one of our three categories, are developed
and produced as per customer requirements. Main customers
are FAW-VW, Qirui, Nanjing Iveco, Shenyang Golden Cup.
We are sole supplier who supplies A6 front/rear brake
disc, front hub and Jetta brake disc to FAW.
Its sales volum is 1.6 million pieces in 2003..
Automatic slack adjuster, our main export product, produced
as per oversea advanced technology and developed more
than 230 sorts. Export to Amercian and other area. Currently
we are busying to localize it in China.

We have rich technology, there are 40 designers including
product design and process design in Technology Center,
CAD is used in product developing and process design.
For new product developing, we have strong capacity and
short period in new product developing, there are 100
sorts air compressor, 27 sorts brake parts, 12 sorts slack
adjuster and export products developed only in 2003
We have special lab owned by Technology Center, which
can conduct reliability and property test of air compressor
and bend test of front hub. There are eight sets equipment
including one test table controlled by computer, one test
table controlled manually, two durability test tables
controlled by computer, two durability test tables controlled
manually, one oil-seal test table controlled manually,
one front hub bending table. Especially, assembly shop
of lab offers strong support for developing of new products.
