Asimco Meilian Braking Systems(Langfang)Co.,Ltd (ASIMCO Meilian) was founded in 1994. It's a Sino-US joint venture and specialized in auto braking system.
The engineering team is really successful and have got many patents. New products can be developed within 3 months. The leading products are air compressor, passenger car brakes and export products. Air compressor has more than 300 types. The annual volume is 0.7 million set, and widely used on domestic vehicles such as Jiefang, Dongfeng, Steyr and foreign vehicles such as Cummins, Perkins and Deutz. This makes us the main supplier of most engine manufacturers. The passenger car brakes cover more than 40 types, annual volume 2 million pcs, sole supply to Audi, Jetta, little red flag, Bora, Beijing Benz, Passat, Iveco, Candy, Cherry and Golden cup. Slack adjusters are exported to US with annual volume of 0.6 million pcs.
ASIMCO Meilian is running with modern management system such as “Lean production” , “Six Sigma” and “Performance Management” . It was honored “ National Best Spare Parts Supplier and “China Machinery Industry top 500” both in 2004 and 2005. We nearly finished “net sales ” and “no paper work”, and was named “Hebei Manufacturing Information Management Model Enterprise” and “ National Information Management Top 500”. The IOS/TS16949 quality system was certified by TUV Germany.
