（五）The
service scope of Non- guarantee of utilizing.
1. The defection and accessories have been damaged or
happened at the beginning of the date of purchasing the
air compressor by oneself, which has not been done according
to the specificalions of the product’s regulations during
the “Three Guarantee Service ”period for conducting normal
utilization and maintenance .
2. The driver has not checked up and stopped the vehicle
in time and eliminated the problems during the unnormal
thing happened in the process of the operation of air
compressor and resulted in the damage of relevant components
such as part breakage of the air compressor’s and relative
components damaged.
3. The air compressor has been damaged at the early stage
in the light of wearing out oil blowby, bearing burnout,
shaft broken and box body damaged because of lubricative
reason (e. g utilizating non-qualified product, diseased
machine oil and not change the machine oil according to
the requirements of utilization and made the dirty oil
surpassed heavily to the standard ,and the storage of
machine oil’s pressure )
4. The air compressor has been damage at the early stage
in the light of wearing out ,oil running up and down ,shell
burning shaft burning ,and body damage because the air
filter has not maintained in time and caused not air-sucking
smoothly ,excessively dirty materials and did not use
the air filter according to the specification.
5. The air compressor’s invalid function has been caused
the unlade installment did not utilize according to the
specification or unfunction of the unlade installment.
6. The function of air compressor is not working because
the air compressor does not match according to the environmental
condition ratter and matching conditions modifying the
air compressor and utilizing the air compressor .after
oneself’s purchase .
7. The air compressor and the relevant component has been
damaged because the customers changed the components by
themselves and caused the air compressor’s technical conditions
changed .
8. The air compressor and the relevant components has
been damaged because the customer has not installed the
accessories produced by our company and installed the
accessories ,which has not been notified by our company
9. The responsible unit should compensate for the losses
because the losing of accessories, damaging corrosion
of the air compressor have been caused during the process
of the transportation and selling period.
10. Unfasten properly of the plate connection resulted
in the rolling key of the air compressor 11. The shaft
degree has surpassed the requirements of the regulation
(0.2mm)between the high. Pressure and the air compressor
and resulted in the leakage of oil sealing,
12. The customer has adjusted the exhausting pressure
of the air compressor too high by themselves and resulted
in damage at the early stage.
二、The main component’s guarantee regulations of the
air compressor
1.Cylinder head of the air compressor ,guarantee to
use for 25 thousand km .The quality problem has been
caused by the sand hole of the casting of the cylinder
head itself ,the head soften and the original leakage
,etc during the guarantee for using period ,so ,the
using of guarantee service will be provide .The cavity
of the cylinder head has accumulated ashes and sucked
the foreign materials and caused the crash or leakage
of the valve plate or return location spring invalid
,which has nor been done according the utilization of
maintenance ,the guarantee service will not be provided
.
The cool-off cylinder head did not add the anti-frozen
fluids in the winter and released the unclean water
and resulted in the leakage of cylinder head , Guarantee
Service will not be provided .
2.Cylinder body-Guarantee for using at 25 thousand km
.
The guarantee for using service will be offered to the
cylinder body revealing unnormal wear out ,which has
surpassed the utilization of the permission degree during
the guarantee for using period by the normal and reasonable
utilization .The cylinder body has been caused wear
out, which has surpassed the utilization of the permission
degree during the guarantee for using period by the
normal and reasonable utilization .
The cylinder body has been caused wear out surpassing
the limits at the early stage because the utilization
of lubrication oil and maintenances machine oil filter
and the air filter has not been correctly utilized according
to the technical demand. The guarantee for using service
will not be provickd
3. Piston Guarantee using at 25 thousand km
The ser vice will be offered during the guarantee for
using period because the materials problem has caused
the piston type crossing , crashing and leakage and
non-pulling cylinder phenomena and other reason.
The piston has been broken because of pulling the cylinder
too heavily by the utilization reason .The service will
not be provided .
4. Piston ring –Guarantee for using at 25 thousand km
The service of guarantee will be offered because unnormal
wear out has been occurred by the quatity problem and
surpassed the utilization limit of the permission and
the service will not be offered because of improper
use of lubrication oil ,too dry of the lubrication oil
,piston ring severely sticking with glue and having
dirty ashes in the air inlet pipe and the air pipe of
the cylinder head .
5. Crankshaft,guarantee for using at 25 thousand km
The service will be offered during the guarantee for
using period because the quality problem has been occurred
by manufacturing ,installment assemkly, and materials
etc,or has been caused by non burning shell of the crankshaft
oil pipe ,breakage of braking shaft and pulling severely
,etc .The Guarantee for using service will not be provided
because the pressure of the oil supply is not sufficient
caused the brake breaking by means of unnormal blockage
of the oil pipe of the crankshaft and shaft burning.
