Air Compressor stops pumping the air  

Breakdown phenomenon:
There is no compressed air released from air compressor  

Breakdown reason:  
1.The loose compressed valve of air compressor blocked
2.Valve plale is out of shape or out-break
3.The air of inlet and outlet and intracavity accumulaled too much carbon
4.Not installing the air releasing valve plate of the air compressor,ect.

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method:  
1.Inspect or check up the loose compressed valve components,clean,wash and change the failure component
2.Remove and cheak up the head of cylinder and valve plate and change the broken the valve plate.
3.remove and cheak up the head of cylinder and valve plate and change the broken the valve plate.
4.examine the component whether it has not been instaaled or not and have a correct installment

The power of air compressor is not sufficient

Breakdown phenomenon:
When the air compressor pumped the air into the receiver during the engine's operation ,the gas-pressure does not reach the pressure data as the gas-pressure meter indicated

Breakdown reason:  
1.The conveying belt between the air compressor and engine has loosed or slipped
2.The water-oil separator and air cheaner becomes the blockage because of too much deposit sediment.
3The cylinder's body of air compressor,piston and piston ring has been heavity wornouted and released the air.
4.The valve plate of air compressor has not been sealed strickly and the spring has been softed and broken
5.The bole of cylinder head of air compressor has been moved and the plate of cylinder head has been air-releasing because of badly-punched.
6.The pipe line between the air compressor and the gas-storage tank has been broken and the connection has air-releasing  
 

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method:  
1.Inspect the air pressure meter,if the pressure indicated has not been sufficiently,it may let the engine rotate for several minutes at the medium speed.If the pressure is not moving higher or moving slouty or when touching the brake pedal,the sound of air-releasing is very strong,this indicated air pressure meter has been broken,so,it should repair the air pressure meter.If there is no air-releasing sound or too small sound,it will inspect the bele of air compressor to see whether it has been softened or not and to see whether it has been softened or not from the air compressor to air storage tank and the air inlet pipe of the controlling valve.
2..Inspect the water-oil seperator and air cleaner to see the blockage because of too much dirty materias if the air compressor has not pumped the air into the air storage tank.If is necessary to clean the dirty waste if it has been blockaged .
3.If it still has not been found the breakdown reason,after the baoved the inspection,the valveplate of the air compressor should be exanined furlterly to see whether the air has been released or not,and the spring has been softened or broken and cylinder head has been accumulated or damaged by the dirty materials the sand hole,cushion ring or not ,and to see whether the body of cylinder and ring of piston has not been exccesively wron-out and change adn repair the danaged componenis according to the breakdown discovered by us.
4.Inpect and adjus the diredtion of installment of the unlade valve and not the direction in accordance with the arrow.

Air compressor oil flee 

Breakdown phenomenon:  
1.Air cleaner and air exhaust and air exhaust opening overflows the machine oil.
2.Air storage tank flws excessively the machine oil when releasing the water  

Breakdown reason:  
1.The resistance of sucking the air and the filter of air intake is not good
2.The resistance of the oil scavenger
3.The cylinder body of the air compressor,piston and piston ring excessively woonout and the oil ring installed reversely and became the blockage of the lubrication oil going up
4.The cool-off of the air compressor has not completed.
5.The dirty materials have not released from the air compressor has been excessively runing
6.The operating time of the air compressor has been excess
7.The crankcase of the engine's pressure is excessively high
8.The oil pressure of the engine is excessively high
9.The deterioration of the lubrication oil .
10.Air compressor has the defection.

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method:  
1.Check up the filtering of the air compressor change the damafed components in time if it has the damaged ,defected and not cleaned air fliter core.Examine the air inlet pipe of the air compressor to see whether it has twisted togeter and become deformed .Ensure to let the air inlet pipe pcssess the minimum requirements for the diameter of the inner circle (advise above 15.g mm )
2.Examine the oil return pipe to see whether it has excessively external waviness, twistness and blockage .advis the minimum inside diameter of the oil return pipe is 12mm .The oil return pipe will directly descend the bottom shell of machine oil inside of the engine from the oil return outlet of the air compressor .
3.Examine and measure the cylinder body of the air compressor ,poston abrasion and damaged conditions (see the data of limits ,3.22 diaiam ),please it will be modified of installing and eauiped conditions is
4.concerning the air cool-off paris of air compressor 1).Eliminate the accumulated grease dirt ,soot and nto cleaning materials ont the radiating flange.It should be change if damaged componenis have been found . 2).Examine the damaged radiating flange ,which should be modified if the damaged componenis have been discovered .
1)Examine cooling pipe size. Min.diameter suggested is 9.5mm.
2)Examine coolant flow .Min flux permitted is 5 litre/M when speed is adjusted.If coolant flow is slow, check rust and limit in pipe and components.
3).Water temperature is below 93℃
5. Examine the valve of the air storage tank to gurantee is nonmal operation and advise the vehicles equipped with the air-releasing valve and equip properly air drying facilities of the air drying in front of the air storage tank .
6.Under the circumstance of not using the braking ,the decreasing of the pressure will not surpass 6.9thousand Pascal per every minute if the leakage released every minute .During the crrcumstances of using the braking by 20.7 thousand Pasal per minute ,eanmine and repair the air-releasing system if it has excessively leakage and examine the unlade system to see whether it is working or not and repair it .
7.Test the crankcase of the engine to see the pressure whether it is excessively high or not and change repair the ventilation equipment of the crankcase .The oil dipstick moving and some paris of elevating indicates that .there is a problem in the pressure of crankcase
8. Tes the lubricating pressure of the engine (Oil inlet part of the air compressor )and make a conparison with the rated pressure .
9.Change into the standard oil of lubrication
10.Only identified aboved reason which has nto existed circumstance .

Air compressor sounded disorderly  

Breakdown phenomenon:
Metal knocks the sound  

Breakdown reason:  
1.Connecting bar wrought severely ,the bolt of connecting bar softened and the inner liner of connecting bar wornout severely and the main bearing wornout severely or damage and reveals the knocking sound .
2.The leather belt excessively loose and the main and passive leather belt wheel way is not suitable so that it produces heavy sound by skidding
3.It has no oil supplying after the operation of the air compressor .The dry wear of the metal produces excessively sound .
4 .Fixed nut bar looses
5.Fastened fix gear nut mechanically looses and causes the space of the gear excessively big and produces the knocking sound .
6.The head of piston has other material .   

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method:  
1.Examine the connecting rod bearing shell ,connecting rod bushing and main bearing if see whether it has wear ovt ,pulling melting loss and the loose of the connecting rod bolt or not .Examine the main oil pipe of the air compressor to see whether it is smooth or not .Advise to change crank bearing bushing ,main crank bearing ,which has been damaged severely and fasten the connecting rod bolt (The standard of fastening power is 35-40N. m),when is installs again ,Attention should be paid to main bearing oilhole meeting exactly to the oil hole of the air compressor body and linked the main oil by the compressed air .
2.Examine the main and passive leather belt wheel way to whether the leather belt and the leather belt ,wheel way is suitable or not .Please change it if is not suitable and also adjust the tight and loose degree of the leather belt I(use thumb to pressure the leather belt below ,pressure below the lealther belt with a distance of 10mm ,which is properly )
3.Examine and measure the cylinder body of the air compressor ,pi ston wearout and damaged conditions and equipped conditions (see the data of limits ,3.22 diaiam ),pleasechange it if the paris wronout severely and check up the air compressor to see whether it has been supplied oil or not .If it has not had oil supply ,the whole inspection should be conducted immediately .
4.Examine the fixed bolt of air compressor to see whether it looses or not and fasten them .
5.Inspection should be done to the bearing conveying air compressor to whether it has loose conditions or not and to see the gear installment whether it is suitabled or not and faster the nuis of loose and change anuthing has problem
6.Eliminating the foreign body
