（五）Burning shell of the air compressor　　

Breakdown phenomenon：　　
1.The air compressor of leather belt conveying 's main shaft stops the brake
2.Gearing conveying of the air compressor bearing and the connecting rod shell is unnormal looseness condition .

Breakdown reason：　　
1.Lubrication oil has excessively season and other materials .
2.The stortage of oil supplying and non oil supply
3.Internal oil route of air compressor blocks and stops because of moving of the bearing
4.The bearing and the connecting rod bearing pulls badly or the suitable space is too small 　　

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method：　　
1.To examine the lubrication oil's quality and other oil quality's content ,and make a comparison with the standrd of utilization and change immediately with it has passed the standard .
2.Examine the oil inputting's pressure of the lubrication oil of the air compressor and examine the machine oil pipe is see whether is has damaged or blocked or not .Adjust ,clean and change the failure pipes it the pressure is not sufficient .
3.Examine the bearing installing location and it should be in the same line between the bearing oil hole and the oil hole of the box body
4.Examine the bearing and the connecting bar to see whether it has been damaged by burning or pulle badly and examine the crankshaft journal to see whether it has been wearout or damaged when cleaning and changing the bearing .Advise to utilize the space diagiam 3.22,please change ,examine and adjust the space of the bearing when it surpassed the standard .

（六）Oil leakage of the air compressor　　

Breakdown phenomenon：
To see the surface of the air compressor whether it has overflowed the lubrication oil .　　

Breakdown reason：　　
1.Oil sealing looseness and the oil sealing defectness or leakage of oil
2.Main shaft looseness resulted in the leakage of oil sealing
3.Connecting surface has a leakage and the connecting point of inlet or return oil pipe has a looseness .
4.The leather belt installed tightly and resulted in main shaft wear-out .
5.froging and processing defect
6.Air compressor and high-pressure oil pump shaft is not in the same cove .
　　

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method：　　
1.Oil sealing location a.Examine the oil sealing to see whether it has a crazing or not and to see the labial surface whether it has a leakage and skull patch or not .It should be changed if it has one of the aboved conditions . b.Examine the oil sealing and the joint surface of the main shaft to see whether it has the fish tail and defect and it should be changed if it existed the fish tail and defect .
2.Try hard to move the main shaft and examine the drameter direction's apace to see whether it is too large or not and change the bearing and the oil sealing if the space is too large .
3.Examine the sealing conditions of the connecting sealing plate paris ,and repair and change the sealing plate and examine the inlet and return oil connection bolts box -body's spiral burr and tighten it up .
4.Examine and adjust again the leather belt to see the degress of tightenness and use the thumb presses the distace of 10mm
5.Examine the defect existed by forging the box body and during the processing pend (and whether the oil sealing installing location's return oil hole is not smoothly running or not )Repair and change the defected components .
6.Adjust the high -pressure oil pump and air compressor's same shaft degree within the 0.2mm

（七）The heat degree of Air compressor　　

Breakdown phenomenon：　　
1.Air compressor exhasting air temperature is to high
2.Operating location

Breakdown reason：　　
1.The releasing pressure valve and the unlade doesn't work and resulted in air compressor non-stop
2.The air brake system has a leakage and resulted in non-stop of the working of the air compressor
3.The strotage of the oil supply in the operating location is not sufficient enough and tensioned the cylinder body.
　　

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method：　　　
1.Examine the releasing pressure valve components when inputting the air and unlade and clean the blockage ,eliminate and change the defective compenonts and check up the unlade valve when releasing the air and unlade ,it will clean,repair and change the defective compenonts if it has the blockage or stopping .
2.Exiamine the brake system components and pipe route and change the defective parts .
3Lubrication is not good between the piston and box body and space is too small or pulling the cylinder body may result in heating problem ,so ,it5 should be examined repaired and changed the invalid components when meeting such conditions .

（八）Air compressor stamps the cylinder body 　　

Breakdown phenomenon：
The box body has been stamped crushing or cylinder body draws up .　　

Breakdown reason：　　
1.Piston ring has been broken
2.Continue operating after buring the bearing and resulted in the connecting bar bolt looseness the connecting bar broken
3.Piston and cylinder body brake and pulled to break the connecting bar and draw up the cylinder body .
　

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method：　　
1.Piston ring fatigue break-down and the connecting shell damaged or piston ring spring defected ,so ,damaged component should be changed .
2.Examine the connecting bar bolt ,connecting defect and lubrication conditions and change the damage components if the connecting bar damaged .
3.Examine the brands of lubrication oil and oil quality and the space of accessory cylinder or burning badly .

（九）other breakdown 　　

Breakdown phenomenon：
The power of the engine decreased and smoke

Breakdown reason：
The connecting point between the high pressure oil pump and the air compressor has a looseness and resuled in rolling the key.

Breakdown's judgement and elimination method：
Fasten hightly the connecting plate according to the demand and change the damaged components.
